Cupcake Time!!!

U poslednje vreme me svi pitaju za cupcakes koje sam pravila za rođendan i uglavnom su svi oduševljeni, pa sam rešila da sa vama podelim ovaj recept, koji je ustvari kombinacija neka dva recepta koja sam našla. Jako je prosto, ne treba da budete stručnjak da biste ovo napravili. A u isto vreme je savršen slatkiš za predstojeće praznike.

Everybody's been asking me lately for cupcakes I made for my birthday, and mostly everyone was exited about them, so I decided to share this recipe with you, which is actually a combination of several recipes that I found. It is very simple, and the good thing is that you do not have to be an expert to make this. And I guarantee they will be perfect for the upcoming holidays.

Pre nego što počnete,  uključite rernu na 200°C.            

Trebaće vam sledeći sastojci:                                       
 - 250g margarina za kuvanje                                     
 - 300g šećera                                                           
 - 6 jaja                                                                      
 - nekoliko kapi vanilinog ekstrakta (ili 1 vanilin šećer)                                                    
 - 130g brašna                                                            
 - 300g čokolade za kuvanje



Before you start, make sure you turn oven to 200°C.


   And these are the ingridients:
 - 250 g margarine
 - 300 g sugar
 - 6 eggs
 - a few drops of vanilla flavouring 
 - 130 g flavor 
 - 300 g chocolate fudge

Sve što treba da uradite je da dobro umutite margarin sa šećerom i onda redom dodajete ostale sastojke, s tim što čokoladu treba prethodno istopiti. Najvažnija stvar je da ne PREMUTITE fil. Što znaci kada ste stavili sve sastojke, samo malo izmiksajte, minut- dva, da se sjedini. Ukoliko premutite, neće vam uspeti (znam iz sopstvenog iskustva) :). Na kraju slobodno dodajte jednu kašičicu soli, ona će učiniti da ukus bude intenzivniji. 


All you need to do is to mix well sugar and butter, then add the other ingredients respectively, but don't forget to melt the chocolate earlier. The most important thing is not to OVERMIX it. It means when you put all the ingredients, just blend it for a minute or two. If you overmix it, it won't succeed (I know from my own experience) :). Finally, be free to add one teaspoon of salt, it will make the flavor more intense.




Sledeći korak je da punite korpice filom. Naime, ne punite do kraja, nego do 2/3. Moj savet je da fil sipate u korpice kašikom za sladoled, to su onda tačno te 2/3 korpice, ne morate da razmišljate. 



The next step is to fill up the paper cases. And do not fill in the whole paper case, but the 2/3 of it. My advice is to pour the blend with an ice cream spoon, and then it's going to be 2/3 baskets and you don't have to worry.












Kada ste sve to uradili, stavite ih u rernu, na 10- 11 minuta. Koliko ćete ih peći zavisi od toga da li volite da su sočniji ili suvlji. 
Kada su gotovi, ostavite ih u kalupu još 2 minuta pa tek onda pažljivo izvadite. 


When you're all done, put them in the oven for 10- 11 minutes. How long you will bake them, depends on whether you prefer them juicier or drier.
When they're done, leave them in the mold for 2 minutes and then carefully take out.







Ovako bi trebalo da izgledaju kada ih izvadite iz rerne. Ostavite ih da se potpuno ohlade.

This is how they should look when you take them out. Now leave them to cool.









Sledeće što treba da uradite je da napravite toping. Ja sam našla razne recepte za to, ali mi je sve delovalo jako kalorično i nezdravo (stavljaju 500g šećera u prahu, opet maslac itd). Ne želimo da budemo debeli. :) Nikako. 
Tako da sam ja opet kombinovala recepte. Napravila sam puding od čokolade, dodala malo slatke pavlake i opet čokoladu za kuvanje (100g). To mešajte dok se ne ohladi. Kada se ohladi, polako prelijte taj toping preko pečenih mafina. 


What you need to do now is to create the topping. I found several recipes for it, but they all seemed very caloric and unhealthy (they put 500 g caster sugar, butter again, etc.). We don't want to be that fat. :) 
So I combined the recipes again. I made the plain chocolate pudding, added cream and chocolate fudge (100 g). Stir until it cools down. When cool, slowly pour the topping over the baked muffins.




Meni je na njima najlepša 'dekoracija', koja je, opet, krajnje jednostavna. Samo ih pospite mrvicama i to je odmah potpuno druga priča. Ali pošto smo stavljali puding na vrh, mrvice stavite neposredno pred posluživanje, jer će u suprotnom izgubiti boju.


My favorite thing about cupcakes is their 'decoration', which is, again, very simple to do. Just sprinkle them and they look way much better.
